Raintree Swim Team - Team Rep Welcome
Good morning, Raintree Swim Team Families:
Our names are Ciara McKiernan and Amy Paridy, and we are your Team Reps for the 2026 Raintree Swim Team. Our families have been involved with the swim team since 2018 and we are excited for another great season of swimming.
Our role is to support Coach Marti and the coaching staff, serve as Raintree’s representatives to the Greater Charlotte Swim League, and ensure that the Raintree Swim Team upholds the highest levels of sportsmanship and hospitality…which includes ensuring that our volunteer requirements are met at every meet.
Like previous years, we expect someone from every swim team family (except Little Rays families) to volunteer at three meets throughout the season. Volunteers are critical to the success of our team. Outside of the coaching staff, volunteers run the entire meet. Please note: we have made some changes to the volunteer jobs this season. If you have already signed up for a job - thank you! - and please double-check your signups, as you may have been inadvertently deleted.
